Pick how many emails you send

Every email MailCheap sends for you: issues, tests, and welcome and confirmation emails. An issue sent to 1,000 subscribers is 1,000 emails. The count starts over every month, on the day your plan started, and yearly plans get the same emails every month.

A contact who gets your issues. People who haven't confirmed yet, unsubscribed or bounced stay in your list and don't count.

Because sending emails is what costs money. Storing a subscriber costs almost nothing.

Most newsletter tools still charge per subscriber. So you pay for people who stopped reading. To protect your deliverability, you'd have to delete them by hand. Otherwise you keep emailing people who are asleep, and your deliverability drops.

Those tools earn more from the thing that hurts you. I don't want MailCheap to profit from that.

MailCheap's list cleanup is on by default. Readers who ignore your issues for months get one last email. No answer, and MailCheap stops sending them issues. They're never deleted or unsubscribed.

You pay for the emails you send.

Signups keep working, and confirmation emails still go out. New sends wait until you upgrade, or until your next month starts. Once the month's emails are used up, welcome emails pause too, and subscribers who join in the meantime don't get one later.

Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the month or year you paid for. Then sending stops, and your newsletter, subscribers and issues are kept for when you come back.
