What you accept when you join.

Who can join
Anyone with a MailCheap account and a bank account Wise can pay.

What counts
A new MailCheap account created within 60 days of a click on your link, in the same browser. When someone clicks several affiliates' links, the last one counts. Accounts created before the click don't.

What you earn
30% of every payment the account makes for its plan, after discounts and without taxes, for as long as it pays.

When you're paid
Each commission unlocks 60 days after its payment. At the start of each month, what unlocked before it goes out once it adds up to $100; smaller amounts carry over. Payouts are in US dollars, sent by bank transfer through Wise, which converts them to your bank's currency. MailCheap pays Wise's fee.

Refunds and chargebacks
A refunded or disputed payment earns nothing. If its commission was paid already, it comes off your next payouts.

What isn't allowed
Referring yourself, your own company or accounts you manage. Ads on searches for MailCheap. Spam, through MailCheap or anywhere else. Coupon and deal sites. Speaking for MailCheap, or saying things about it that aren't true. Where the law asks, say that you earn from your link.

Reviews
We check every referral. One that looks like your own, or whose account we block for spam, waits for our review, and earns nothing if we refuse it.

Closing an affiliate account
If you break these rules, we can close your affiliate account. Your link then stops counting, and commissions not paid yet are canceled.

Changes
We can change these rules or end the program. We tell affiliates by email first, and commissions earned before a change keep the rules they were earned under.

Taxes
You're responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
Questions
Do I need to use MailCheap to join?
No. Any MailCheap account can join, with or without a newsletter or a plan.
Can my link point to any page?
Yes. Add ?via=yourcode to any address on MailCheap, like the pricing page or a comparison: it counts the same as your link.
Do the people I refer get a discount?
No. They pay what everyone pays, and you get 30% of it.
What about yearly plans and upgrades?
You get 30% of whatever they pay: a yearly plan (10 months' price) earns its commission when it's paid, and an upgrade raises the next ones.
Can I see who signed up?
Your dashboard shows your clicks, sign-ups and customers, each customer by number with their plan and what they earned you. Their names and emails stay private.
Which countries can you pay?
Wise pays bank accounts in most countries, in their own currency. If yours isn't in the list on your dashboard, chat with us.
