Questions about billing
What counts as an email?
Every email MailCheap sends for you: issues, tests, and welcome and confirmation emails. An issue sent to 1,000 subscribers is 1,000 emails. The count starts over every month, on the day your plan started, and yearly plans get the same emails every month.
What counts as a subscriber?
A contact who gets your issues. People who haven't confirmed yet, unsubscribed or bounced stay in your list and don't count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Signups keep working, and new subscribers still get your welcome email. New sends wait until you upgrade, or until your next month starts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from the billing page, anytime. Stripe shows you what you'll pay before you confirm. You pay in US dollars.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the month or year you paid for. Then sending stops, and your newsletter, subscribers and issues are kept for when you come back.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans start at $19 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
